I am an international medical graduate but am not registered in Australia. Am I eligible for the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program?

To be eligible for the AGPT program you need to attain general medical registration in Australia by the start of the first year of your AGPT training. If you accept an AGPT program place but do not attain general registration by this time, the offered place will be revoked.

You can also apply for GP training if you have a 457 temporary residence visa.
